Our Pet Policy

• The Brookeville allows dogs and cats
• Weight limit for dogs is 40 pounds
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• We do not allow Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of these breeds. Please see the leasing office for additional breeds not allowed.

Pet Fees

• $450 pet fee (non-refundable)
• $40 per month per pet
